The land fund of Dobroe Delo LLC is located in the Sukhinichi district of the Kaluga region and amounts to 2000 hectares, of which:

• 300 hectares - lands involved in turnover in 2022 from retired farmland
• 1700 hectares - land densely covered with wild growth, requiring additional large-scale agrotechnical measures

Also 300 hectares of ecologically clean soil are allocated for a separate environmentally friendly project, where only ogranic-products are grown, without the use of any substances capable of causing at least some damage to the environment or crops.
